Maria has more than 18 years of academic experience in cereal nitrogen use efficiency and grain quality. She holds a BSc in Plant Biotechnology (Jeonbuk National University), an MSc in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, and a PhD in Plant Biotechnology and Cereal Chemistry (Budapest University of Technology and Economics).
Prior to joining SugaROx in November 2023, Maria worked in the T6P group at Rothamsted Research, learning from the inventors of our technology. Her broad technical skillset and practical knowledge are crucial for evaluating crop responses to our active ingredients and elucidating their modes of action.
